One of our most iconic projects, One Tapi, stands as a true testament to engineering ingenuity. Built within a challenging footprint and timeline within 3,50,000 sqfeet in 2024, the rare challenging infrastructure turned a reality by Konark. One Tapi is an architectural marvel that pushed the boundaries of infrastructure development in Surat.

Konark Group has successfully executed major institutional projects, including schools and the prestigious Kiran Multi-Specialty Hospital & Research Centre in Surat. This 13-storey, earthquake-resistant RCC structure spans 11,00,000 SqFt and includes double basements, a helipad, and specialized zones like a radiation bunker. Completed under a strict PPP model timeline with the Government of Gujarat, the hospital earned us national recognition from the Institute of Civil Engineers & Architects, Surat, and UltraTech Cement for outstanding construction quality and engineering excellence.

In addition, we’ve delivered multiple school buildings designed with structurally safe frameworks and compliant educational infrastructure, further showcasing our strength in public sector civil works.
